Our company was established in the year 1925 and has gained significant insights through decades of rich experience in handling a variety of bulk/break-bulk & liquid cargoes and on the strength of this proven experience we have redefined the scope of Cargo Management and have set trends for others to follow and emulate.

We handle about 1.50 million MT of bulk fertilizers and in addition to other cargoes per annum viz, Refractory Raw Materials, Sulphur, B.F.Slag, Steel cargo, Timber, Steam Coal, Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Steel Billets, Ferro Alloys etc. At K.R.& Sons we have decades of experience in handling fertilizers viz., Urea, MOP, DAP, Ammonium Nitrate and food grains viz., Wheat, Soya, Rice, Maize, Raw Sugar. The FY 2007-2008 has been ever memorable for us, as we have held the prime position by handling over 1 million MT of Nitrogen based fertilizers (Urea) at Visakhpatnam Port.

Our success is rather a convergence of the success stories of our Principals both PSU & Private viz; M/s Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd; M/s Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd; M/s Paradeep Phosphates Limited; M/s SPIC; M/s Godavari Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd; M/s.MMTC; M/s KRIBHCO; M/s Food Corporation of India and more having patronized this Port over the years.
